Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective workbook, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:
teena@change-decoded.com
Include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide either:
A replacement, or
A refund.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method.
We cannot guarantee refunds for:
Change of mind
Items damaged after delivery
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final unless required by law.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us, and we will help resolve the issue.
