Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact support@change-decoded.com as soon as possible.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to:

Shipping

Change Decoded, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

For approved damaged or defective items, return shipping will be covered by Change Decoded.

Unauthorized Distribution

The following are prohibited without written authorization:

  • Uploading materials to shared repositories or public websites

  • Sharing digital files with individuals outside your organization

  • Reproducing or scanning printed materials for distribution

  • Using the materials as part of paid consulting, coaching, workshops, or training programs

  • Reselling or redistributing any portion of the materials

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the situation quickly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with order documentation, shipment tracking, and communication records to dispute claims if a chargeback is filed prematurely.

Please note that filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund. Payment providers will review evidence submitted by both parties.

Limitation of Liability
