Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your workbook arrives ready to support your learning and reflection. If something is not right with your order, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or defective workbook, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: support@change-decoded.com

Please include:

- Your order number

- The email used to place the order

- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will provide either:

- A replacement workbook, or

- A refund to the original payment method

Return shipping for approved damaged or defective items will be covered by us.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

We cannot guarantee refunds for:

- Change of mind

- Items damaged after delivery

- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@change-decoded.com

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us, and we will help resolve the issue.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can work to resolve the situation quickly.

Most issues can be resolved faster through our support team than through a payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed before contacting us, we reserve the right to:

- Provide the payment processor with order documentation, shipment tracking, and communication records to dispute the claim

- Pause any refund or replacement processing while the dispute is under review

- Require the dispute to be resolved through the payment provider before additional assistance can be provided

Please note that filing a chargeback does not automatically guarantee a refund. Payment providers will review the evidence submitted by both parties before making a final determination.

Important: If a chargeback is initiated, any pending refunds will be cancelled, and the matter will be handled through the payment provider’s dispute process.

Policy Misuse

To protect our small business from abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse of the return or refund process.
